The magic of autumn

I just had to post after this past weekend.  But  Shush  don't tell anyone how relaxing it is in November (Right Bonnie)

TWO Albins listed and a NEW BOAT

Brian hadn't found many boats lately so we were so surprised to fine TWO Albins for sale (in New England of course, but we are used to that now)  The first in Mattapoisett for $26,500.  No canvas enclosure, and alot of woodwork needed but still very exciting to find.

The next one we found (in Rhode Island) was $19,900 and had Everything - what a beauty!!!!!

AND THEN A NEW BOAT - well, new to me, Brian said it was on his original short list but they are harder to find than the Albins - figures I would love it. $24,500

We finally saw an Albin !

We joined the Albin Owners Group online and have been getting to know some of the boat owners on the site.  The Albin 25/27 board "True Classics" gave us the opportunity to learn more about the boat first hand from folks that own them.

We found a couple who had an Albin 27 and lived in Oregon. They were willing to have us come and visit, see their boat, and hear about their experiences. We drove up to see them the boat this weekend.

The console is accessible and very light

The screens make a "third room" that works

The forward bunk/galley/head is also so bright
